IPX56 Water Spray Test Device With Φ6.3mm and Φ12.5mm Spray nozzle
Standard:
IEC60529 degree of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code) of the IPX5 and IPX6, IEC60884-1, IEC60335-1, IEC60598-1.
Application:
It is used for the testing of IPX5 and IPX6. Mainly used for electrical and electronic products, LED products, lamps, electrical cabinets, communications, digital equipment, transportation and other products to simulate outdoor rain weather conditions, and test the performance of the product is waterproof, to determine whether the corresponding level of protection, in order to product’s design, development and test use.
Features:
1. Produce a rust-resistant stainless steel water storage tank to increase the service life of the equipment and install a ball valve to control the water storage capacity.
2. 7-inch color touch screen + Panasonic PLC system, the sample can also be controlled by the system, and the remote control function is added.
3. Suitable for more dimension sample testing.
4. The outer chamber of the equipment is made of high quality stainless steel, and the inner chamber and the turntable are all made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has high corrosion resistance.
5. Deliberately install the flow meter to make the test value clearer and more straightforward, easy to view the test value, and can be adjusted manually.
